Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription, please send an email to [email protected] with the
following details:

Your full business name as registered with us.

A request to cancel your service.

We require a 10-day notice before your next scheduled payment. This gives us time to process your request and ensure no further
charges are applied. For example, if your billing date is the 15th of the month, email us by the 5th to avoid the next payment.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your email, we’ll confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.

Your access to the Vshims Marketing Platform and services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

No refunds are issued for the remainder of the month after cancellation—your service runs its full paid term.
