We’re not social media content creators or influencers—our focus is strategic marketing for conversions.

2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use our Services. By signing up, you confirm your business or personal use is lawful and authorized.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscription: Our Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Plans and pricing are detailed at signup. Payment: You agree to pay all fees via the payment method you provide. Payments are due on your billing date each month. Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled (see Section 4). Taxes: You’re responsible for any applicable taxes on top of our fees. Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice via email or on our site.

4. Cancellation PolicyYou can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To do so:

Customer Data: You’re responsible for any data (e.g., leads’ info) you input into our CRM or funnels. Ensure you have legal rights to use it. Usage: Don’t misuse our Services—e.g., no spamming, hacking, or violating laws.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: We own or license all rights to the Vshims Marketing Platform, website, and materials we create (e.g., funnel templates). You get a non-exclusive, revocable license to use them as part of your subscription. Your Rights: You retain ownership of content you provide (e.g., ad copy, customer data). You grant us a license to process it for your Services.

7. Third-Party ServicesOur platform integrates with third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, ad platforms). Their terms and policies apply when you use them—we’re not responsible for their actions or outages.

8. Disclaimers

As-Is: Our Services are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results (e.g., sales). 10. Termination
